Board & Batten is a full service interior design company. We offer a range of services, including consultations and complete design implementation.
All of our work is governed by the principle of cooperation. We believe that the most successful projects come from close collaboration with our clients. Working together, we are confident that we can come up with designs that will exceed your expectations.
Consultations: Consultations are provided on a room-by-room basis. After discussing stylistic preferences and expectations for the new space, Board & Batten will present two suggested "looks", complete with color palettes, paint chips and picture research for a fee of $500.
Travel within Manhattan is included at no additional cost. Travel time within 25 miles of Manhattan is billed at $50 per hour.
Full Design Implementation: Design implementations build on the consultation. After a look for the room is chosen, our team works to fine-tune the design to your exact needs, budget and space. We provide ground plans, renderings and materials boards for the project. Further, we source and shop for all required furnishings, art and accessories, as well as any additional services required by the design, including painting, construction, or custom tailoring.
Real Estate Staging: In a slowing economy, real estate staging can prove to be a money saver. Our team will decorate your space cleanly and tastefully using economically priced and/or rented furnishings. This will allow prospective buyers the ability to see the space in its best light.
Commercial Display: Our extensive styling experience for film and television makes us an excellent choice for your commercial needs including window and store display. We will work with you to maximize foot traffic into your store, and improve the customer experience once inside.
