Meet Doyle Wilson

Growing up on a farm in Southwest Iowa, Dolye inherited his love for wood working from hi grandfather and his love for salvaging wood from his mother.

While serving in the military on an Air Force base, he was fortunate to have access to a wonderful wood working shop where he was able to use his free time to learn wood working skills and turning scraps into furniture.

Later, his interest in wood working evolved into creating pieces of art from wood to create something beautiful and functional.

He lives with his wife in Iowa where he discovered his new passion for wood turning, using his lathe to create new sculptures utilizing scarp wood "saved' from the burn pile.
