Our good friend Nigel Wearne is back touring the US and Canada and we are so pleased he was able to free up a night to join us in Dallas Center again. If you weren't able to see Nigel last year - you will want to catch him this time. Plan on a fun Aussie-themed evening.

Join us Thursday, August 6, 2026, at Board & Batten (1408 Walnut) for a fun Aussie afternoon and evening. Not only will Nigel be on-deck performing in the Basement Speakeasy from 7-9PM, but we will also be joined again by members of the Des Moines Roosters Aussie Rules Football Team who, from 5:00-6PM, will be in Mound Park showing some of the skills that make Australian Football such a fun and demanding sport. We will also be serving Australian Pies from PieMates available during the evening (while supplies last).
