Not only are we fortunate enough to have Chad and Kathryn again agree to team up for what will no doubt be another amazing performance; but we will also be having a special guest performance by Houston singer/songwriter Matt Harlan.

For those who have been lucky enough to hear Chad and Kathryn before, you know just how amazing this performance will be.
For those new to these performers:
Chad masterfully blends folk roots, swampy blues and soulful writing to deliver an original Americana sound. His live performances have been honed over a decade of being on the road performing more than 200 shows each year. He has penned more than 1,500 songs in his career while also cultivating his skills as a painter, sculptor, illustrator and author.
Kathryn who has a long list of credits to her name - including a 2 year tour stint in 2017 as the sole violist in the crossover string octet Barrage 8, Courtesy Faculty at the Bower School of Music at Florida Gulf Coast University, Played in Nanjing China with the Hollywood Film Music Orchestra, Actively plays fiddle and sings with the Florida-based Western Swing group The Suwannee Swing Saloon, Plays and sings with her twin fiddle partner in the jazz duo Rivers Duo, Gigs regularly with The String Prophets (Bob Pace & Kathryn Severing Fox) and with various singer/songwriters and bands in and around Des Moines.
As though Chad and Kathryn isn’t enough, Chad has also asked Matt Harlan to join with them as a special guest performer.
Houston favorite, Matt Harlan is a troubadour of the first degree, bringing his handcrafted songs to stages across his home state of Texas, the USA and Europe. Harlan is a winner of multiple songwriting accolades, from outfits like American Songwriter, the Telluride Bluegrass Festival and Billboard. He was named Singer-Songwriter of the Year in the 2013 Texas Music Awards and was featured alongside a stellar cast of characters (Lyle Lovett, Guy Clark) in the documentary, “For the Sake of the Song.”
Any 1 of these performers will fill a venue and we are gifted with all 3 at once. This is one concert you will definitely not want to miss.
As always, this is a free event. Lori will be providing something delicious to eat. BYO food & beverages are always welcome. A donation bar will be provided.
Amazing artwork, including several by Chad, will be on display at the Gallery and our original Board and Batten Store at 1412 Walnut Street will be open during the event with our eclectic mix of antique, gift and boutique items.
