Chris Miller in Concert Thursday, May 14, 7-9PM

Join us Thursday, May 14, 2026 in the Basement Speakeasy at Board & Batten (1408 Walnut) as we welcome Chris Miller to our stage for the first time.

Recently relocated to the Des Moines area, MULE (Chris) plays guitar, bass, mandolin, and has traveled the country in the last 35 years playing as a solo act, as well as band projects.  Primarily playing in the Rock/Americana genres, he plays both original songs and covers, and enjoys pushing the envelope by featuring lesser played songs by familiar artists.   Through various bands in the past, he has opened shows for a variety of established acts such as Ry Bingham, The Connells, Los Lobos, Son Volt, The Smithereens, Ray LaMontagne, and The Charlie Daniels Band.
