Join us Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Board & Batten (1408 Walnut) 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm for some spectacular live music with Jason Walsmith. This is going to be an amazing evening.
Jason and Emma Walsmith call themselves racontourists - and yes they made that word up, a mish mash of "raconteur" which is a person who tells anecdotes in a skillful and amusing way and, of course, "tourist".
Jason has spent the last 28 years living the racontourist lifestyle as the co-lead singer of his band, The Nadas. Beginning July 2020, Jason and Emma began leaning into their racontourist lifestyle by playing backyards, ranches, rooftops, driveways, decks, docks, beaches, poolsides, and porches. In less than a year they have travelled to 32 states, clocking 45,000 miles, 104 nights and 72 shows.
