As an Americana musician from Iowa's capital city, Jordan masterfully blends the sounds of his guitar with engaging lyrics and often a harmonica to tell gritty American tales that are bound to evoke emotion from audiences.
The motifs of his music can vary as greatly as wildflowers in the native tall grass. Jordan frequently writes about that flora, as well as the fauna of the region and its wildlife. Not one to shy away from subject matter, his songs can frequently meander across the lines between love and loss, success and failure, or life and death.
