Join us Thursday, October 23, 2025 in the Basement Speakeasy at Board & Batten (1408 Walnut) 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm as we welcome Meadowbrook Circle to our stage for the first time.
Sean Michael Sullivan is now accompanied by Iowa music scene veterans Sean Thomas Sullivan (Vocals/Mandolin/Mandola) and Joe Muller (Vocals/Bass) to form a dynamic trio. Together, they create an alternative folk, Americana sound, featuring a catalog of original songs enriched by soaring instrumental melodies and powerful three-part vocal harmonies. Based in Des Moines, Iowa, the group has played in venues all across the state. Drawing inspiration from artists like Jason Isbell, Rhett Miller and Steve Earle, Sean Michael Sullivan, a talented singer-songwriter, released his latest full-length album, Torn, Falls and Thunder, in the spring of 2024 and has several single releases over the past few years.
