About the event
Saturday High Teas at Board and Batten, LLC are a traditional High Tea featuring scones, finger sandwiches, and a selection of pastries. They are the perfect setting for family, friends and neighbors to come together to just sit, chat, and catch up.
Come join us as we take a break from the frustrations of taxes and enjoy High Tea relaxing with friends & family (the tea and taxes irony is intentional). A free glass of wine will be provided to those tax paying adults so inclined - may make it a little easier to write that check.
Menu
The featured menu for this Saturday high tea will include fresh baked scones topped with cream and an assortment of jams, finger sandwiches, and pastries typically including Pettit Fours, Napoleans and Fruit Tarts (selection of pastries may vary).
A selection of refreshing loose leaf teas is offered and served table-side in a China teapot, cup and saucer - a great way to practice sipping while holding your pinkie in the air (not a requirement).
For those who prefer, soda, coffee or water will be provided free of charge. Wine and other adult beverages will also be available for purchase.
Enjoy a seat reserved just for you for the full length of the event. (Seating for this event is limited and by reservation only.)
These are casual events - we want everyone to have an enjoyable and relaxing time in a great space. Children are always welcome.
While enjoying spending time with friends and family, take time to browse our vast mix of eclectic antique and boutique items, and artwork - many items available that make amazing gifts for that special someone or, just for you!
Reservations required. When making your reservation, please indicate how many will be in your party and who will be joining you to help us with planning and seating.
